While the shutdown was happening it was a hackers field day. WHY? criminals never sleep they are always scheming. Matthew 24:43 says "But understand this: If the owner of the house had known at what time of night the thief was coming, he would have kept watch and would not have let his house be broken into." There were at least 200 SSL certificates that expired during the shutdown. The people who handle the access to this sensitive information the cyber security IT people were at home because they are considered non essential employees. If you don't know what SSL certificates are in simple terms they are a digital padlock to sensitive information on a server. If you have the right credentials you get access to passwords, business and personal information along with other sensitive information about you and our government and what they have, what they do. It's already happened multiple times over the last few years.
IT tech people were told not to log in or read emails, essentially it's against the law. Even if you were essential most were working with no pay and did some serious surfing...lol... Slavery and involuntary servitude was outlawed by the 13th amendment in 1865. WOW...even the very agency used to guard our nation against cyber security attacks including hackers, nations and groups was at the house chillin or pissed with no pay. How much would you be willing to bet information will come out in the coming months and years that there was a serious breach of our databases or they are going to cover it up as always just like all the other data breaches in major companies that eventually come out. In simple terms hackers had a field day while the cat was the gone the mouses played. WHY WOULDN'T THEY? A FISH ROTS FROM THE HEAD DOWN.
