We have been reciting since we can remember "In the name of Jesus" "In the name of the father and the Son and the Holy Spirit"  We learned by listening and watching others.  We have been taught wrong His real name is YAHUSHUA.  OK before you say I'm committing blasphemy let me state my case.  Let's break His name down.   Remember all Hebrew names have prophetic reference meanings.  Yahushua literally means "Yah is Salvation" Yah is Savior"  Yah said He would send a messiah to save His people ever since Adam and Eve sinned in the Garden of Eden.  The name Jesus has no meaning.  Every Mexican has the name Jesus, are they savior are they salvation, I don't think so. Maybe that's one reason among others that there is no power we have been saying and calling on the wrong name.

The name Yahushua is taken from the Father YAHWEH.  Let's break it down farther.  YAHWEH or YAH the "Eternal Spirit" came down to dwell with His people.  YAHWEH said  " I am that I am' THE HOLY ONE. he said besides me their is no Savior besides me.  Didn't John say " in the beginning was the Word, and the Word was made flesh,  all things were made by Him, and without Him was not anything...He was in the world...the world was made by Him and the world knew Him not....So how can we believe "In His Name" if we don't know His true name.

So how did we come to the name of Jesus.  Many names in the Old testament have been changed.  1st off there is no authoritative source that gives the name Jesus as the original name of the Savior.  Then why was it changed.Modern texts were written in Greek for Gentiles, not the Hebrew people.  Study your Bible, wasn't Paul's ministry to spread the Gospel to to the Gentiles per 1st Council of Jerusalem. Also multiple Old Testament prophets names were changed, like Isaiah was Isaissas, Elisha was Elissaios or Elisseous and Elijah became Helias in the Greek New Testament.  Then King James changed the names to fit 14th century English spoken at that time.  Even in the Hebrew scriptures Joshua  real name is Yehoshua.  Also all alphabet letters did not exist prior to the 14th century.  So they translated the name as best they could based upon Greek and Latin texts.   Also in the 6th century the name "Yahweh" was too sacred to pronounce and to speak of.  Speaking the name was considered as blasphemy and punishable by death.  Most priest were taught to say "Adonai" when they saw the name Yahweh. ONE THING SATIN'S NAME HAS NOT BEEN CHANGED...hmm wonder why?  Something else the Greek god Apollo was the 'sun god" and he had a son called Ieso the god of healing, and was later changed to Iesous which is derived from Ieso which can be traced back to sun worship.  Jesus is derived from Iesus or Iesous, which is derived from the Greek God of healing, also Y is pronounced as J in Latin therefore the names differ completely again and in their pronunciation, spelling and meaning. Back during King James, there was multiple splits in the Churches during and after the Protestant Reformation and multiple translations, there was the Church of England, Presbyterians, Puritans, etc, James also despised the Geneva Bible that was popular during that time, so He embarked on a new translation that would be popular to the language spoken during that time.

When Yahushua was nailed to the cross by Pilate he wrote on the cross in 3 languages, Hebrew, Latin and Greek, "Yahushua of Nazareth king of the Jews. notice he didn't say Jesus.  He wrote one name Yahushua.  2nd wasn't Yahushua (Jesus) Hebrew, not Greek not Latin but Hebrew, also didn't the angel Gabriel tell Joseph what to name his son born by immaculate conception, Yahushua (Jesus) his name implying that He is the savior of the world.  So if YAH or YAHWEH contains the name of our Father the creator of all things, the Great I AM WHO I AM, which the substitute does not, wouldn't it make sense that His real name is YAHUSHUA.

In conclusion I pray  the God of our Lord Yahushua the Messiah, "the Savior" the glorious Father, to give you a spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you will have full knowledge of him. 18 I pray that he will give light to the eyes of your hearts, so that you will understand the hope to which he has called you, what rich glories there are in the inheritance he has promised his people, 19 and how surpassingly great is his power working in us who trust him. It works with the same mighty strength he used 20 when he worked in the Messiah to raise him from the dead and seat him at his right hand in heaven, far above all principalities and powers.
